The Intersection of Housing, Economics & Data.
My work sits at the intersection of real estate, housing economics, and data science. Drawing on years of industry experience, I explore the factors shaping housing affordability, access, and stability—and how research and technology can help us better understand the true cost of living.
I've spent much of my professional career working in real estate, from brokerage and property management to leasing, mortgage lending, and housing operations.
Along the way, I've seen how much of the industry's decision-making relies on experience, instinct, and information that isn't always easy to access or interpret. Experience is valuable. But I've also come to believe that some of the most important questions about housing deserve a closer look at the data.
Over time, my perspective on real estate has expanded beyond the transaction itself. I've become increasingly interested in the broader economics of housing—what it actually costs to live somewhere, how those costs change over time, and what that means for the people and communities affected.
Housing affordability isn't just about home prices or mortgage rates. It's about rent, utilities, transportation, household income, and the everyday expenses that determine whether someone can afford to remain in their community. It's also about access—understanding the barriers that prevent people from finding and maintaining safe, stable, and suitable housing.
Those interests led me to data science.
As Principal Broker of Abraham & Associates Realty, I bring a practitioner's perspective to my research. Through this platform, I publish independent research, document analytical projects, and develop practical tools that translate complex information into something useful.
My work also extends into technology and product development. I created OfferIntel, a real estate market intelligence platform designed to make offer activity and transaction information more accessible and useful. The project brings together my industry experience with product strategy, data analysis, and technology development.
My work is evolving intentionally—where industry expertise, rigorous analysis, and thoughtful product development come together to explore how housing could work better.
